Welcome to Cal Flow Repipe. You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. By requesting or using the Services, you represent that you are the owner of the property where service is requested, or that you have the property owner's authorization to request Services on their behalf.
Cal Flow Repipe is a licensed plumbing contractor providing sewer and drain line repair services, including without limitation: trenchless sewer line relining (cured-in-place pipe/CIPP), pipe bursting, sewer and drain pipe repair and replacement, video camera inspections, hydro-jetting and drain cleaning, point repairs, and related diagnostic and plumbing services (as described on the Site or in your written estimate).
Estimates are based on information available at the time of the request and may change following an on-site or video inspection, or upon discovery of conditions not visible until work begins.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice.
3.1 Estimates. Estimates provided by phone, text, or online are preliminary and subject to change based on on-site inspection, pipe condition and material, accessibility, permitting requirements, and conditions discovered once work begins.
3.2 Scheduling. Appointment windows are estimates, not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays.
3.3 Property Access. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, to disclose known hazards (e.g., buried utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, structural concerns), and to secure pets during service visits.
3.4 Permits. Where required by local code, we will obtain necessary permits. Permit, inspection, and related third-party fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in your written estimate.
4.1 Pricing. Pricing is provided in your written estimate before work begins. Additional work outside the original scope requires your approval before proceeding, except where reasonably necessary to prevent imminent property damage or a safety hazard.
4.2 Payment Terms. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [PAYMENT METHODS].
4.3 Deposits. Certain jobs may require a deposit to schedule work, as disclosed in your estimate.
4.4 Late Payments. Unpaid invoices may accrue late fees as permitted by law and may be referred to collections.
4.5 Warranty Work. Warranty terms applicable to relining and repair work are set out in your service agreement or invoice and are separate from these Terms.
5.1 Licensed Contractor. Cal Flow Repipe is a licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing contractor operating in California (CSLB License No. 1112060).
5.2 No Guarantee of Underlying Conditions. Sewer and drain systems may have pre-existing conditions (e.g., root intrusion, pipe age and material, soil movement, prior improper repairs) outside our control. While we perform work consistent with industry standards, we do not guarantee that relining or repair will resolve all underlying plumbing or drainage issues except as expressly stated in a written warranty.
5.3 Property Condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to landscaping, hardscape, or structures beyond what is disclosed in your estimate, except where caused by our negligence.
6.1 Consent to Contact. By providing your phone number or email address through our Site, over the phone, or on a service or estimate request form, you consent to be contacted by Cal Flow Repipe by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email regarding: (a) estimate and quote follow-ups; (b) appointment confirmations and reminders; (c) job status and technician dispatch updates; (d) invoicing and payment reminders; and, where you separately opt in, (e) promotional offers and service reminders.
6.2 Message Frequency and Rates. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
6.3 Opt-Out and Help. You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or 213.734.2727. You may opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link included in any email.
6.4 No Purchase Required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Service.
6.5 No Third-Party Sharing of Opt-In Data. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for texting purposes will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
6.6 Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you submit photos, videos, gate or access codes, or other information to help us assess or perform your service, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have the right to share any such content with us.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information about your property or plumbing issue; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or our scheduling systems; or (d) harass, threaten, or abuse our technicians or staff.
The Services may involve or reference third-party tools, such as online scheduling platforms, payment processors, or financing partners. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and photographs, is owned by or licensed to Cal Flow Repipe and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
While we use industry-standard materials and methods for trenchless relining and pipe repair, plumbing and sewer systems are inherently variable, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome, longevity, or that no further issues will arise, except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided with your service.
Except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided with your service, the Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cal Flow Repipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cal Flow Repipe, its owners, employees, and technicians from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or misrepresentation of property conditions or access rights.
We may decline or discontinue providing Services to any customer who violates these Terms. Either party may cancel a scheduled service consistent with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any written estimate or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cal Flow Repipe regarding the Services.
17.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
17.3 Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
17.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
